What motivates me to keep pushing during the offseason is the drive to be better than I was yesterday, and to outwork the competition, when no one is watching. I know that the work I put in now will show when the lights are on and the game is on the line. Every rep, every sprint, and every drill brings me one step closer to my goals. I think about the people who believe in me, the ones who doubt me, and most of all, the version of myself I want to become. That vision keeps me locked in, even on the hardest days.

I stay mentally sharp and focused during the offseason by setting clear goals and sticking to a routine that challenges me both physically and mentally. I watch films to study the game, learn from my mistakes, and understand how to improve. I also visualize game situations like running routes, making catches, or reacting to defenses. Staying disciplined off the field keeps me ready for when it’s time to perform.
